We will do our best to dispatch goods in stock on the same day your order is placed. If this is not possible, your order will be dispatched within 1 business day.

We usually ship using Parcel Force or UPS, 48 Hour as Standard or 24 Hour Express.

Once your purchase has shipped we will provide you with a tracking number via email.

For Next Day Delivery orders you can expect delivery on the next working day after you receive your parcel tracking number. 

For Standard Delivery orders you can expect delivery in 2-3 working days, however it may take up to 10 working days depending on your location in the UK.

RESIDENTS OF N. Ireland, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Mann, Shetland, or Orkney

If you require delivery to one of these locations you can still place an order with us but you will need to contact us first so that we can give you an accurate estimate of shipping costs and time-frames.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS - At present we are unable to fulfil your order. We are working on this and will update the website once this facility up and running.

Please note, if you do place an order and require delivery to an overseas address, you are solely responsible for any VAT, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges or any other associated costs for importing goods into the country the order is being shipped to. We do not collect these fees beforehand and cannot give you an estimate of the costs involved since the tariffs vary from country to country.

So please do your research to ensure there are no nasty surprise charges to pay.

If you fail to heed this important advice and subsequently refuse to pay the fees associated with importing foreign goods, your order will be returned to us and cancelled. You will receive a refund for your purchase, minus the shipping costs that we incurred as a result.

Signing For A Delivery

In order to receive your order you must sign for it.

Every package we ship is carefully packaged and dispatched so please be especially wary if you receive a package that has any noticeable signs of damage for it is highly likely that the damage has occurred during transit.

Upon delivery and with the courier still present, you should carefully inspect the box and its contents for any signs of damage.

If you find any damage to the contents, inform the courier and refuse the shipment. The package will be returned to us and, upon receipt of the damaged shipment, we will promptly issue a replacement.

If the damage is minor you may choose to accept the shipment but you must write a description of the damage on the delivery receipt. In this instance, please email us photos of the damage within 24 hours of accepting the delivery. You must keep the packaging and shipping box in the event we need you to ship the package back to us.

If the courier is unwilling or unable to wait for you to inspect the shipment in their presence, please note this on the delivery receipt.

Pick Up & Collections

If you would prefer to pick up or collect an order please indicated this clearly in writing when you place the order and contact us as soon as your order has been placed. Ensure we have your email address and mobile number so we can contact you to arrange collection

If you reside in the UK we offer a 14 day cooling off period if you subsequently change your mind and decide to return or exchange any purchase you make.

If you want to return an item within the cooling off period you must contact us first for authorisation. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to us unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will need to cover any return shipping fees.

If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund unless the item/s are faulty or damaged. We can exchange though if you decide you'd prefer a different board. 

If returning a purchase, you can pay for the return - either at your own cost or we can deduct the cost from your refund and arrange for collection.

UK customers purchasing boards should expect to pay between £15-30.00 including sufficient contents insurance (NOTE: has best prices and cover).

Return shipping fees for customers off shore or overseas will be higher so make sure you are aware of the costs. If in any doubt please check with us first so we can help you confirm the costs.


When returning a purchase you must make sure you add sufficient contents insurance to protect against potential damage or loss during transit. The level of cover should be equal to the cost of the item you purchased from us.

You may be liable if the value of the goods returned diminishes due to mishandling of the goods or whilst in transit. If returned products are lost or damaged in transit, we reserve the right to charge you accordingly, by refunding the full purchase price of the order minus any applicable shipping charges or costs to cover any missing or damaged parts.

We understand that some customers do not have the means to return large or heavy items so can arrange collection during normal business hours (Monday to Friday) if requested. In such circumstances a charge of £40.00 will be made to cover the cost of collecting and returning the item/s. This will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds will only be made in the same form as the original payment and within 14 days of receipt of a return.

Use a shipping method that is reliable and traceable. Parcel Force or UPS is recommended. Do not opt for budget couriers such as Yodel / Evri.
